1. General information
Amavela is an online store offering handcrafted and curated eco-friendly products. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of the products, shipping times and costs may vary.
2. Shipping destinations
We currently ship orders to:
- Portugal
- European Union countries
We do not offer shipping outside the European Union at this time.
3. Order processing time
All orders are prepared individually. Order processing time: up to 5 business days. Processing includes preparation, crafting (where applicable), quality control and packaging. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on:
- destination
- package size and weight
- selected shipping service
The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
5. Delivery time
Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier and are estimates only. Amavela is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available.
7. Incorrect or incomplete address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged to the customer.
8. Damaged items during delivery
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a description of the damage and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
9. Force majeure
Amavela is not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
