Azulejo Heart

Azulejo Heart turns a quiet domestic ritual into a small object of beauty. The anatomical heart form is finished in soft white and hand-painted with cobalt-blue florals and a single perched bird — a nod to the azulejo tradition that runs through Portuguese walls and doorways. Fine gold lines trace the surface like veins, catching the light as the candle glows.

Inside the sculpted body sits a soy wax candle with a soft, warm scent. Each piece is made and painted entirely by hand in our studio in Porto, so no two hearts are exactly alike. It arrives ready to gift — a considered present for an anniversary, a housewarming, or anyone who values objects with character.
